We were engaged by Global Switch to provide project management, procurement and tendering support for a new High Voltage (HV) power supply from Ausgrid's Pyrmont Substation to their facility in Darling Harbour, including:

• Development of specifications for ASP3 design consultants
  

• Client-side management of the design process overseeing the ASP3 designer
  

• Interface management with Ausgrid, including commercial negotiation
  

• Preparation of technical, contract and tendering documentation for the construction phase of the works
  

• Evaluation of tender submissions
